Can I order both a subscription product and a non-subscription product in the same order?
Yes, you can purchase both subscription and non-subscription products in a single order. However, only subscription items will renew automatically. Subscription products will be assigned a unique order number, which you can track under the “Subscriptions” tab in your My Account page.
How do I change my payment method for my subscription?
To update your payment method, visit your My Account page and select “Subscriptions.” Find the subscription you want to modify and click the “Change Payment” button to update your details.
Can I change the products within my subscription?
Unfortunately, product changes cannot be made to an active subscription. If you’d like to update the products in your subscription, you will need to cancel your current subscription and create a new one with your desired selections.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel, go to your My Account page, navigate to the “Subscriptions” tab, and select the subscription you want to cancel. You will have the option to suspend or fully cancel your subscription by clicking the “CANCEL” button.
Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling it?
Yes! If you don’t need your next shipment but want to keep your subscription active, you can suspend it instead of canceling. Visit the “Subscriptions” tab in your My Account page and select the option to pause your subscription until you’re ready to resume deliveries.
