This means that we have packed up their order for shipping and their order status shows "Completed."
Points may be removed if the order is refunded or cancelled.
There are a couple reasons that you may not have earned points on your referred friends first purchase.
- Your friend didn't use your referral link when making their first purchase. Make sure your friend uses your link to make their purchase.
- The order hasn't been completed yet. Reward points aren't given until their order has been marked "Completed".
